At Graphic Man LLC, every product is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please note:

• Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was our responsibility.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
